I am a Counsellor/Therapist in the Palmerston North-Rangitikei area with my office based in the Feilding township. I have experience working in the areas of addiction, eating disorder, sexual abuse and family violence. I enjoy working with people to help them to achieve their goals.
I have experience working with both young people (8-18 years old) and adults. I am comfortable working with a range of people who may be experiencing challenges in their work, family or relationships.
My areas of interest include:
- Relationship issues
- Depression
- Anxiety/stress management
- Trauma and recovery
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Otago University and my professional membership is with the New Zealand Association of Psychotherapists (Provisional) and the International Transactional Analysis Association.
My office is centrally located. It is discreet and there is ample parking available.
