I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Reiki Master and Certified Angel Card reader. I have noticed we are all getting busier, and we are forgetting to just pause for a moment and just breath. Children are coming more and more consumed with technology (which does have its positive aspects too) and as a parent we are running around more and not taking time out of our daily lives to pause and just breath.
We can start to feel disconnected, lonely, depressed, anxious and maybe a little annoyed at life cause its not bringing what you wanted but you are doing everything possible on a physical level.
That is where I come in to help you reconnect you with your mind, body and soul! If each of our chakras come blocked, over or under active it all can mean different things for our health. So keeping a good energy balance in out bodies is imperative for self healing.
Who am I????
I am a mum of 3 beautiful children and 2 beautiful angel babies who are just divine and a wife. My spiritual spiritual journey started from birth. I was raised very religious but as some teenagers do.. I questioned my faith. I spent the next 15 or more years battling an addiction to food, depression, anxiety, poor choices in relationships with other people and coping with grief. I found my spiritual path again thanks to some very special people, but i kept it quiet out of fear of judgement. But now I am out and I am proud :)
With implementing some very simple techniques into my life depression, anxiety and addictions no longer influence me. I lead a very happy, abundant, grateful and prosperous life.
