I have recently returned to Christchurch after completing my studies at the Endeavour College of Natural Health, in Melbourne, in 2012. I enjoy sharing the wisdom of healing plants and food as medicine which help people achieve wonderful results with their health.
With a holistic apporach, I develop a treatment plan that is individualised to each client. I understand it is important to take into consideration the challenges we face in living a healthy lifestyle.
Utilising nutritional advice, supplements, herbal medicines, flower essences, reiki and lifestyle advice, I am available for consultations at The Herbal Dispensary in Edgeware, Christchurch.
Feel free to come in and have a chat, at The Herbal Dispensary, with any of the helpful staff there. We are all trained Naturopaths/Medical Hebalists and will either be able to help you in-store or make an appointment for a consultation.
