Meet our Chiropractor
Dr Estelle Kruger is the principle Chiropractor at Rhapsody’s and graduated from the prestigious New Zealand College of Chiropractic. She brings with her an accumulative 10 years of clinical and patient care experience in the natural health industry.
Her gentle and caring manner makes patients feel welcome and comfortable every time they visit our office.
We use the latest in chiropractic techniques; technology and research to offer you the best possible chiropractic care, helping you reach your health goals.
What to expect when you come and see us?
Arriving at our centre
Upon arriving at our centre, we aim to make you feel welcome and comfortable. One of our friendly team members will welcome you and give you the necessary paperwork to complete before your initial consultation.
We have a community based reception lounge with various health-and-wellness related reading material and videos on play, where you can fill out your paperwork and enrich your mind while having health and wellness conversation with one of our team members while you wait to see our chiropractor.

Upon completion of the necessary paperwork, we will show you around, share with you what chiropractic is and how it may benefit you, how we work and what resources we have made available to you, to help you get the most out of your chiropractic care at our centre.
Your Initial Consultation
Following the tour of centre, we will sit down with you and conduct a thorough health and trauma review, posture analysis, neurological testing and a chiropractic exam to gather all the necessary data we require to make our best clinical recommendations on how to proceed with your care. We will refer you for x ray pictures of your spine if clinically indicated to the management of your health concern.
X Rays
A frequent question people ask us is why do I require x rays of my spine? X rays is an important diagnostic tool chiropractors use to diagnose spinal misalignment in your spine, the effects of the spinal misalignment on your vertebral column and nervous system, rule out any contraindications to chiropractic care and determine individual length and frequency of care to help you get the best results. If we suspect any degenerative changes or other conditions within your spine, caused by either long-term postural distortions or physical traumas, we may recommend referring you for x ray pictures. We will be able to make recommendations on where you can go to have your x ray pictures taken with great ease. We also explain in detail what the x rays mean during your report of findings visit and give you ample opportunity to ask questions about your x rays.
Your Report of Findings
Following your initial consultation, our friendly staff members will help you book your report of findings, which is a second visit at our office, where we will review the clinical findings of your case and give our best recommendations on how to proceed with chiropractic care. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If we have detected subluxation or misalignments in your spine and you are happy to continue with care, you will receive your first adjustment at this visit.
