About Me and My Practice
I studied Bowen Therapy with Fascial Kinetics and have been a Bowen Practitioner for six years. My clinic is in a peaceful, rural setting near Bannockburn but a large part of my practice now is mobile and I travel around Central Otago to treat clients on a weekly basis. I am also a qualified Canine Bowen Therapist, having trained in Australia with the International School of Bowen. My clients come to me with a range of issues - chronic pain, sporting injuries, respiratory and digestive through to headaches, sleep disorders and health maintenance. Over the years Bowen has shown me that , not only does it address a wide range of injuries and conditions, but when used regularly as a maintenance treatment it enables our bodies to function at their optimum so injuries are less likely to occur and symptoms less prevalent.

Having played many sports over the years, I have a special interest in sports injury management, prevention and rehabilitation. I am open to collaborating with other health professionals to safely integrate Bowen Therapy into a client's wellness plan. Professional development is an area I see as being crucial and over the last six years I have continued to develop my depth of knowledge through ongoing education and workshops on the integral role fascia plays within our bodies.
