SERVICES

If you are reading this, chances are life is presenting challenges for you and you're seeking support to find a way through. I offer sessions both online and in-person near Te Awamutu, south of Hamilton, providing a safe and nurturing space where we can explore your concerns with gentle curiosity. My approach is client-centered, supporting your inborn abilities while we work together to find your best direction toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

I can help if you want to -

• Reduce stress and handle anxiety more successfully

• Find support negotiating difficult life transitions

• Address unhelpful habits and unsettling emotions

• Develop a deeper connection with the Natural World

• Discover your unique and meaningful direction in life

As we look at the challenges you are experiencing, I will guide you into noticing, in a non-judgmental way, what your body is telling us through its habits such as tensions, movements, sensations and postures. Exploring these somatic habits and patterns with mindful curiosity allows the coming together of your physical, emotional and mental wisdoms. This holistic approach opens new possibilities for moving away from current painful limitations into freedom and choice.

Additionally, I am trained in Ecotherapy which adds the richness of the Natural World to our therapeutic work and deepens your connection with Nature and yourself. We may work in a garden designed for mindful sensory experience or indoors using nature-based techniques. Ecotherapy combines easily with Hakomi and Nature is a very supportive setting for therapy. Together we will discover what combination of therapies works best for you.

Having witnessed both personally and professionally the profound effectiveness of Hakomi and Ecotherapy, I am committed to supporting you as we address your challenges and you move into a calmer, more connected, and rewarding life.
