We all have different fitness goals and timeframes in which we hope to achieve them. Getting fit is a gradual process - it doesn't happen overnight. I can help you set and achieve realistic fitness goals. With a variety of services offered (individual Personal Training sessions or group fitness), you can become fitter, have more energy and feel better and more confident. I am a mobile Personal Trainer and will travel to you with a programme tailored to you.
Fitness is a large part of my life, as I have been involved with sport and fitness through team sport (netball, soccer) and individual sports (running, tennis, horse riding). I love to see others enjoy exercise and achieve their goals while working out. Getting fit is not a huge time commitment and it doesn't have to be a chore!
