What can you expect in a Hypnosis session?
You will be asked to give a history relevant to your problem and then you will be asked to relax, close your eyes and listen as your Hypnotherapist talks to you. This simple process of ‘going inside’ starts a process of deep relaxation which allows you to take in information relevant to your problem in a new and direct way. Your Hypnotherapist will talk to you in a special way which is always positive, helpful, very, very calming and safe and, which will help you feel differently and respond differently in previously challenging situations.
