Welcome to The Herbal Shop & Clinic
The Herbal Shop contains Hamilton's largest herbal dispensary of herbal fluid extracts/tinctures (and probably New Zealand's largest dispensary) and also contains a Clinic. We stock practitioner-only herbal medicines, products and nutritional supplements made to pharmacy standards. We also have a wide range of dried herbs available for teas, infusions or decoctions. All our staff are fully qualified medical herbalists, registered with the New Zealand Association of Medical Herbalists. We stock several ranges of natural skin and body care products plus our very own creams, oils, ointments and balms made by our medical herbalists regularly on the premises.We also make herbal pessaries and suppositories.

Services Available
- Free 10 minute over the counter consultations are available for acute or simplistic conditions or full consultations may be suggested by the practitioner for chronic or complex conditions or for people on lots of medications. A full consultation takes at least one hour.
- Herbal medicinal formulas made from our dispensary for each individual person.
- Consultations / appointments with a medical herbalist (various options available)
- Hair testing for food and environmental intolerances
