Your First Visit to Our Te Rapa Office
You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!
New patients often remark how “warm” and "homely" our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding. You'll find our office conveniently located with off street parking available.
Make Yourself at Home
When you arrive you'll be greeted by one of our friendly team members and made to feel at home. You'll then have a little time to relax and enjoy the office. We'll show you around so you become familiar with the different areas and facilities of our office. You'll then receive a complimentary consultation with Dr Chad.
We Explain Everything First
If Dr Chad determines your problem may be helped by chiropractic, he will then recommend a careful and complete assessment of the structure and function of your spine (see our New Patient Offer). We begin by taking an in depth health history and, if clinically required, a digital analysis of your posture, a measurement of your body pH, an sEMG scan, specialised x-ray images of your spine and other specific chiropractic examinations. This process normally takes about 45 minutes.
Dr Chad will look through the information we have about your problem and prepare a report to be presented to you at your next visit.
Second Visit
On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.
On your second visit, Dr Chad will go over important information relating to your health and review your examination results with you. If chiropractic care is suitable for you, Dr Chad will accept your case, and give you an initial recommendation to begin correction of any problems found.
