Reflexology is a gental form of natural healing that involves massaging reflex areas in the feet or hands. The feet and hands, represents a mini map of the body corresponding to all organs and systems.
By applying pressure to specific reflex points you can pinpoint areas that are in need of detoxification and restoring calm and balance to the body and alleviate disorders caused by stress, illness, injury or disease. Reflexology allows the body to attain balance both physical and emotional, and normalise its functions.
Reflexology also releases tension and stress and promotes relaxation, research shows that 75% of all health problems can be linked to tension and stress.
About Me
I was trained in England and am a member of the International Institute for Health and Holistic Therapies, I hold an internationally recognised diploma in Reflexology. Although I find a firm, but gentle treatment gets the best results, I am willing to suit the requirements of my client and am able to offer each client a personalised and individual set of treatment.
