Back pain is one of the most common ailments, affecting people of all ages and sexes. Poor habits such as bad posture or injury can lead to the body becoming inhibited - especially in the back region, where muscular imbalance is particularly common.
- Back pain and osteopathy: Osteopaths are often consulted when back pain is concerned as they deal with the body's structure and framework. Methods for relieving back ailments include muscle energy techniques as well as massage and stretching.
