We aim to provide a service second to none that is tailored to your every need. What makes Body Focus different from the rest? Everyone believes in the individual. We believe in you and promise to make you the focus of our endeavors, encouraging and motivating you every step of the way. We are not your average, generic gym with average generic programmes and equipment.

When you arrive, you will notice just how different our studio is to any mainstream gym you may have been to before. Our aim is to provide a private but stimulating environment for women.
We pride ourselves in providing a friendly, comfortable, motivating and energizing environment for your physical activities. We are on hand to guide and support you. The gym combines a great range of fitness and exercise equipment which is designed and tailored for women. We offer professional Personal Trainers, personally tailored programs, and group health and fitness classes. Low Impact Aerobics for fun and a great workout.
These exercises help strengthen while at the same time easing some of those aches and pains caused by under or over-use of muscles.
