At Zest, our passion is to get you feeling back to full health, energy and vitality using a comprehensive range of Naturopathy products and services from diet and nutrition, herbal medicine, Bach flowers and more.
As a fully qualified Natural Fertility Management specialist, I work with a full range of fertility issues from sperm health and male fertility issues to complex female fertility issues (endometriosis, PCOS, amenorrheoa etc). Many of my clients are at varying stages of IVF, some are exploring fertility options prior to IVF, others are at the beginning of their journey to have a beautiful healthy baby.
Reproductive harmony and function is important at any age and there is an Aladin's Cave of natural health care options available! Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, Nutritionist and Natural Fertility Specialist
With a life-long interest in nutrition, food and cooking, Kimberly started her career in marketing and commerce but soon changed direction after heading overseas. While living in London, Kimberly studied diplomas in therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, Reiki and more. After nearly four years, she headed back to New Zealand to complete qualifications in naturopathy, herbal medicine and nutrition from Wellpark College of Natural Therapies in Auckland.
During her studies, Kimberly developed a passion for women’s health especially fertility and preconception care as well as child, mother and baby health care. She loves supporting women and couples to restore hormonal balance and fertility through enhancing the body’s activity towards optimum health. Kimberly passionately believes that the health of our nation’s future is in the health and wellness of our children and our families.
More recently, Kimberly has become inspired to motivate athletes and sports people to achieve their aspirations through advanced health technology and high performance nutrition. Kimberly has worked with athletes to help them achieve a better state of wellness, which provides the platform for greater physical and mental performance and achievement of goals – big or small.
As preventative and complementary medicine expands in New Zealand, Kimberly is honoured to be able to assist people to making educated choices about their health care and treatment. She passionately believes that informed health care decisions are made available for every New Zealander and works to communicate the power of natural health and wellness to the wider community.
